Major League Baseball 2K11
$59.99
Released March, 2011
The Pros:Very fluid body movement- added realism to the game. Ball and strike calls have a more human element to them- missed calls happen more often. Home runs feel more authentic- shows you vantage point from hitter.
The Cons:Fielding is harder than in 2k10. Pitching is far less pinpoint accurate- ball doesn't go where you want it. Hard to steal bases.

As a successor to 2K10, MLB 2K11 features a difficult new analog pitching and hitting system with a much steeper learner curve, dynamic player ratings in which stats can improve even after a loss, and a revamped fielding system with enhanced indicators so players can more accurately pitch or hit balls. There are limitations, though. For instance, players can only play defense when a player is hit to them. Mind you, the Franchise mode now allows players to manage minor league injuries, while new difficulty options let players adjust the game.
